Free Speech

The rally was called for noon in the Free Speech Zone at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.  Civic leaders were expected to decry the senseless killing of  a member of the community.  Few attended when it was realized that huddled masses were easy prey for Cooper’s Hawks.  the Face of Everyman never felt threatened.   http://www.audubon.org/field-guide/bird/coopers-hawk
