Chucky showed genuine concern.  The DSL for the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa had been out all day for technical updates.  As night fall neared he repeatedly asked the Face of Everyman for the latest from Tech Support.   Sob! No, no.  There would be no streaming of Netflix© movies this night.
