It was to be the Sky Party of the year at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.  Instead it turned out to be a disaster.  Clouds obscured the viewing of the comet, a blossom covered the good eye of the Face of Everyman, and Elmer was left with a severe crick in his neck.
