With every tramp steamer that docked at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa a few of these unsavory characters jumped ship. Some tried to claim asylum. the Face of Everyman always wondered why there was never an Owl around when you needed one. Or even a Coyote. Or even a big feral tom cat.
