Elroy was here for the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa Sand Castle competition. If the tide table is accurate we are at high tide. the Face of Everyman delivered sand and rented out the sculpting tools. Judging would commence as the low tide turned. Elroy hoped that he could win the chance to go on to the semi-finals at Santa Cruz.
