The image on the security camera left little doubt in the mind of the Face of Everyman. The culprit was one of the Bergdorf twins. Records showed he’d been 86-ed from the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa weeks ago. This act of vandalism warranted a special hearing and fine.

Hope

Alexa declared today as the Day of the Raccoon. So, in concert with her the Face of Everyman posted a file photo of a local fisherman hoping for success in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.

Mom

Mom was out early. She wanted to be home before they released the hounds. There had been a lot of bad press about her kind lately. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa had a policy of tolerance, and the Face of Everyman wanted to maintain that as long as possible.

the Face of Everyman opened a new dossier on this injured creature roaming the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. He labeled it: Tripod. An obvious nod to his missing left front limb.

A seldom seen simultaneous exposure of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa security cameras captures the Bergdorf twins in the act. the Face of Everyman noted that the electronic deterrents had failed to suppress this brazen duo.

Pasqualina

To keep the story straight the Face of Everyman had to print a retraction. Pasquale was really Mrs. and had given birth to several bandits. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was always proud of its hard-working journalists. Her missing leg was still a fact. Pasqualina had not applied for welfare.

Ritual

Always the first to wash his hands and utter a small prayer that today there might be Koi at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman had offered to stock the pond if the raccoons fronted the costs.

Rehab

Pasquale had learned to limp and had just about forgotten he was without his left forearm. He was released from rehab; a hero among those who lived in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. Even the Face of Everyman showed him a modicum of respect

Pasquale limped back to the Aid Station; his left forepaw bitten off above the elbow. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa had not been the scene of such savagery in decades. the Face of Everyman could do little but commiserate.
