Not Our Cat was becoming a pain in the neck. His presence prevented the songbirds from their daily habits of eating and bathing. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa would lose its triple A rating if this kept up. the Face of Everyman was considering calling ICE but thought better of it. Maybe calling the Animal Shelter for Feral Cats was a better idea.
