Skinny Dipping
Martha taught Third Grade at the Montietorkie School. This gave her pool privileges at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman failed to warn her about the paparazzi lurking about. The village paper ran the photo with a brief caption. She braved the few snickers that reached her ears.
Baden-Baden
the Face of Everyman deliberately set aside Friday afternoons for walk in auditions on the theory that only dedicated young talent would show. Seen above, an unknown but accomplished ballerina tries out for a part in the upcoming winters performance of Swan Lake. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was creating new buzz amongst the crowd that usually spent high season at Baden-Baden.
Square Dancing
Western style Square Dance had hit the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa in a big way. Folks from all over booked in to take classes and learn the latest dance calls. the Face of Everyman was caught off guard when Loretta stopped by to show off her new dance outfit. The venerable sage had never seen so many crinolines. He made a note to look in his old sea chest for his Turquoise Bolo tie.
Fashion
The posh shops that lined the arcade entrance to the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa were having pre-holiday sales. Fitzhugh asked the haberdasher if he could see the bold cravat in the Sun light. While, in reality, he sought the opinion of the Face of Everyman. The color was so bright that the venerable sage was forced to close one eye. F took that as a wink of approval.
Nazca Lines
As a celebration of Spring the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa put on a spectacular light show. As always the famous Juan d’Oro would perform his signature act he had perfected while discovering his roots. Juan’s linage harkened back to the famous Nazca Lines. Eons ago an image of his forefathers had been traced in stone on a remote mountain top in Peru. While there, Juan, under the influence of Ayahuasca, learned the secrets of turning Golden at will. the Face of Everyman felt a little jealous.
