POGO asked the Face of Everyman why there was never food left out for him. Everyman did not respond; he hoped that the creature would just go away. Besides the was no money. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa always ran a deficit.

the Face of Everyman wrote a brief note to the hero of the Alamo asking if he needed a new Coon tail for his Coon skin cap. The King of the Wild Frontier failed to respond. Perhaps because the return address of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was smeared.

the Face of Everyman awoke with a start. The hot breath of POGO was blowing right on him. Apparently, the whole of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa wasn’t big enough for the both of them.

Strangely POGO encountered a handful of uneaten beans in the very heart of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. He gave them a wide berth is if they were poisoned. the Face of Everyman regretted their presence: sweepings after a cowboy themed wedding.

Pogo was a day late and a dollar short. The Crows, Pigeons, and Opossum had all been here before him and cleaned his plate. He would just have to root for his supper in the vast forests of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman thought it only fitting that wild animals should be allowed to be animals.

The venerable sage was mystified why Pogo came dressed as an Aurora, it didn’t quite work. But this was the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa after all.

The allure of corn chips was too much for Pogo who loved all things Tex-Mex. The aroma of such cuisine lingered longer in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman could attest to that.
