The most predacious of them all is Panther. She prowls the vast grounds of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa almost at will. Seen above she casts a glance at the Face of Everyman. Perhaps a small bird is perched there and can be caught unawares.

Grand Jury
The Grand Jury was quick to indict Panther aka Lucy for the attempted murder of Mullard, a former grounds keeper for the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman testified that Panther was a known vagrant and a frequent intruder. The kindle ol’ pensioner may be directed by Court Order to “Bell” the beast.
Ambush
They were certain that they were walking into an ambush but the lure of cracked corn and millet seed was overpowering. Fresh tracks in the mud of big cats made them wary. The fact that the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was a UNESCO avian sanctuary never crossed the minds of Tula’, Panther or Boots. All were neighborhood scofflaws and may have done hard time. the Face of Everyman was conducting business on mind-skype and was powerless to aid the naive pigeons if a rumble went down.
Panther
Panther returned to her old hunting grounds. She was wary. She knew that the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was now a UNESCO World Heritage Avian Sanctuary. One misstep and “they” would put a bell on her neck. She pretended to be civil to the Face of Everyman but she couldn’t quite pull it off.
Tell Tail
Silent alarms were triggered. Initial analysis of the intruder determined it was a Cat from outside the safe zone perimeter of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. Triangulation and samples of airborne DNA determined that it must be Panther hiding behind the Cabana Huts with only her tail visible. the Face of Everyman suggested that a high level of readiness be maintained till the predatory feline left the vast estate.
