“Get outta here.” was Cheeky’s response to the April Fool’s Joke that the Face of Everyman pulled. On second thought he pushed the venerable sage out of his comfort spot in the sacred waters of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.
April Fools
Nesting Space
Barlo arrived at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa in full mating colors. Others were simmerly adorned. the Face of Everyman hoped that it was not a trend. He’d run out of nesting spots at this rate. The Airbnb’s were already full.
Confidence
Wally confessed to being in the witness protection program. His face, shown on a photograph, risked the safety of his spouse and offspring even in the remote location on the Pacific Flyway. the Face of Everyman vowed to keep his confidence. In truth, the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was home to several members of the program.
Ninja
The air was filled with essence of Gray Squirrel, Crow, Songbird and Pigeon; but none were to be found. Poor Ninja, he faced another day with dry dog food. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa seemed barren indeed. the Face of Everyman scolded the intruder.
Juggling
When he thought that no one was watching the Face of Everyman would entertain himself by juggling a peanut shell from one eyebrow to another. It required heavy concentration, but it was about the only exercise available to him in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.
Golden Handshake
The comedy team of Whipsaw and Schroder came out of retirement long enough to do a benefit gig at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman was having a good time until he found out it was a warm-up to his Golden Handshake event.

Disputes
Territorial disputes would keep the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa a noisy place for the next few weeks. the Face of Everyman wished there was some other way to operate a luxury resort and spa. i.e., remotely.
Curious
Always curious. A new night visitor to the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. Was he domestic or feral? the Face of Everyman was curious too.
Timing
Reginald arrived a bit too early at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman was tactless enough to comment on his timing and lack of full mating colors.
