Cats were becoming frequent hunters at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. So much so that the Face of Everyman ordered more collars with bells.
Hunter
Splash and Play
Pretending to be of Irish descent the Johnsons got in free on St. Patrick’s Day. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa was big enough to handle the error in truth. Besides, the Face of Everyman enjoyed having a crowd splash and play. It was good for business.
Inspection
In a rare act of desperation, the Face of Everyman hired a chimney sweep to inspect the blockage of the scared fountain. Guests at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa had complained lately a certain lack of scenery.
Monograph
Farnsworth felt drawn to the scared waters of the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. Was it curiosity or something primal? the Face of Everyman had written a monograph on that very subject. Time to dust it off and present it at the next conference in Geneva.
Hunting
On the oft chance she would not be detected Panther ignored the no hunting rules in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman followed up on his Amazon order for a collar with bell.
Silence
All of a sudden there was a deafening silence throughout the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman was sure that it was a sign of what was to become: an earthquake, typhoon, tsunami or what?
Bread
The soaking of bread became a ritual at the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman objected only because it sullied the scared waters.
Practice
the Face of Everyman once again dreamed of having the best synchronized swimmers. A team that could go all the way to State. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa needed more PR. Rocky as seen above needed lots of practice.
Shark!
Somebody yelled “Shark!” and Basil shot straight up out of the water. The Foggy Bottoms Resort and Sap had an excellent record of zero shark attacks in the past ten years; but with climate change and all one never knew. the Face of Everyman called for calm.
Baby Names
Seasonal births were just around the corner in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. This expectant Mother has come to test out baby names on the venerable sage. Poor old the Face of Everyman he’s never had an opinion one way or another. He found each name equally nice. Mothers left with so many unanswered questions.
