Shut Down
The Crows tried to pretend that they were not disappointed in the fact the Free Lunch Program in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa seemed to have ended. Was this the government shut down that they had heard so much about? No. But the Face of Everyman made no effort to enlighten them.

Researchers like the venerable sage wanted to know more about the native deer. the Face of Everyman insisted that no deer had been injured in the taking of this photo. Insulted maybe, but not injured.
Free Speech

Stray
A (new) stray scouts out the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. the Face of Everyman is always suspicious of hungry strays; they chase off songbirds and useful wildlife.
Homesick
Travis had been homesick for some time, but when he visited his boyhood haunts nothing was the same. Besides now it was wet and cold. the Face of Everyman was the only thing vaguely familiar in the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa.
Destruction
Big Boy, the detective sent to examine the destruction to the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa, noted that the scene had the handiwork of the Bergdorf twins written all over it. the Face of Everyman couldn’t have agreed more. Those pesky raccoons must be held accountable.
Joy
Grainy images disclosed a return of the local Opussum to the Foggy Bottoms Resort and Spa. The intruder expressing joy at the newly overturned soil; the work of the grounds staff. the Face of Everyman was gratified to know that at least one soul was pleased.
